Summer Week 2 Topic
Monday – Computing and PE –
PE – Please try to ensure that you have done some form of exercise today :).
Computing Task –
(First off, if your parents need the IPad/computer/laptop for work, then please don’t worry about doing these tasks. They are only suggestions and there’s no pressure from us to complete them!) If you have time and access, we are going to revise some coding stuff – This website is like Scratch but with a Minecraft theme, please check it out if you can and let us know if it works (https://code.org/minecraft) -I went for the Minecraft Adventurer one but try any of them.
Tuesday – Art and P4C
Art – The floating letters were good! Can you draw a 3D ladder? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OAq2X-0FbGM) – If a ladder is too easy, theres some really good illusion art on YouTube, give it a go and send us what you managed!
P4C- This is some work we’ve already done. But as P4C is about conversation, I would like you to try it out on someone else at home. Over the dinner table would be perfect, and definitely not when a parent/carer is on a work call! Again, please don’t worry if this can’t be done! (Find the work at the bottom of this page – P4C discussion work)
Wednesdsay – Topic
Following on from Friday, we are going to go into a bit more detail about the Romans leaving Britain and leaving the Anglo-Saxons to take over. The website to help you is http://www.bbc.co.uk/guides/z23br82
There are different levels of challenge, hard, harder, hardest and extra hard. Do whichever you like. Also, only write down the answers if you need to (I certainly wouldn’t print the sheet, again unless you really want to). The answers are towards the end of the document. The work can be found at the bottom of the page.

Friday – PE and Science
Science – We are going to start looking at forces. Your main task is just to read the information provided on the Forces Presentation (at the bottom of the page). If you haven’t had enough work by then, draw a car, aeroplane or whatever you like, and mark some force arrows on it. Remember, not all forces have the same sized arrows!
