Your task is to research, design and (if you like and have the time) build your own viking longship (use whatever you want, we would have been using cardboard in school). There are some resources at the below that might help, but do it however you like!
Thursday – French + Science
Science – Adaptations – Please watch this video to learn about how animals adapt to their environments. Your task is then to design (make up) your own animal, that has adapted to its environment. It helps to pick a biome/habitat first (such as desert, rainforest, woodland or arctic) and then adapt your creature to it. There is a worksheet template at the bottom of this page, but you don’t have to use it.
Friday – R.E.
This week we are focusing on the Jewish place of worship, the synagogue. Read through the slides in the PowerPoint and then use the worksheet or make your own.
