4W Yorkshire Water Visit

Year 4 had an absolutely fantastic visit from Sue and Vicki at Yorkshire Water! The workshop was packed with exciting learning that linked brilliantly to our science topic. The children were fascinated to discover how the water cycle works and loved finding out about the water treatment process that takes place in Headingley before fresh water reaches our taps. They were also eager to learn how small everyday changes can help save water — and they were very amused to discover what should and shouldn’t be flushed down our drains! A huge thank you to Sue and Vicki for delivering such an engaging and interesting workshop. Year 4 absolutely loved it!
