Hi Miss Hickey, I hope you had a nice Easter, I did an Easter egg hunt in my back garden because we usually do one at church. Early this week I wrote to the Queen and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, which was really fun, I hope they reply to me! It is my mum’s 50th birthday today so were having a party at home with both my mums and Anya and we are also having a barbecue. I hope you are well love from Freya x

    • chickey says:

Hello Freya! It is lovely to hear from you! I did have a lovely Easter thank you 🙂 I ate lots of Easter eggs so will need to go for a few more walks to make up for it! It sounds like you have had a really busy week. You will have to let me know if the Royals respond to your letter, that would be amazing. Happy Birthday to your mum, what beautiful weather for a BBQ, I hope you all enjoy it- and Milo too of course! Stay safe and enjoy the sunshine. Love Miss Hickey

    Hi Miss Lillington,
I have been working hard for you, I have spent a long time doing mathletics today and have achieved my highest ever score which was, 4040!! :0)
In the holidays, I went on my bike to Paul’s pond with my family, it was such fun. I saw one of my friends and we talked from a distance. For Easter, I made my nonna’s traditional lasagne with my daddy and we video’d it like a blog to show my nonna. We also zoom called my Italian family in Rochdale because it was my auntie and cousin’s birthday. I really miss everyone, my teachers at home are ok!
What have you been doing over Easter? Are you calling your family?

    LOVE LITTLE LILY :0)

    • villington says:

      Hi Lily,
It’s lovely to hear from you 🙂 I hope you and your family are well.
I had a lovely Easter break with lots of walking, baking, reading and of course work! It sounds like you had a lovely Easter as well. Your nonna’s lasagne sounds delicious! You’ll have to give me the recipe if it’s not a family secret!!
It’s lovely to hear you’ve been able to keep in touch with your family. I have been doing the same and video calling my little nephew George!
And what a fantastic achievement with your mathletics – I hope you’re as impressed as I am! Keep working hard for your teachers at home! I am sure you will be working just as hard as you do in 4L!
      Keep in touch,
      Miss Lill xx

Hi Miss Lill, I am missing everyone but having lots of fun at home. I’ve been kept busy with reading and helping around the house. A few days ago I interviewed my Grandparents to see what life was like when they were our age and I wrote up a report. I’ve also been picking up interesting info like did you know a humming bird flaps its wings 47.5 times per second. I’ve watched a few videos to help me with my Egypt project. In one of the videos people were going inside a pyramid but they got told to come out because a crazy person was throwing rocks down the side! See you soon, Cara xxx

    • villington says:

It’s lovely to hear from you 🙂 I hope you and you’re family are well.

Keep working hard, stay safe and enjoy being outdoors in the sunshine!

Hi Miss Lill, I hope you are well! I have been really busy doing the White Rose maths (I did two lessons this morning!) and I have finished my Egyptian learning log. My mum recorded some National Geographic programs on Ancient Egypt which have been really interesting. We have been going for lots of walks with my dog Ronnie and walked down the stream near my house in my boots which was fun. Oh and I think I fractured my toes when I was being silly and running around the house! Ouch. I am doing a quiz later on with my mum’s work friends and I hope we win!
