Spellings Week 1 – (7.6.21-11.6.21)

Welcome to our final half term of this school year.  We’re in for 7 more weeks before the summer so let’s go out with a bang and really show off our spelling ability as well as our ability to construct brilliant and well-punctuated sentences.  Here is mine for this week…

The word decompose means for something to rot away or decay.  The contents of a compost heap (like an apple, potato peel or newspaper) will decay and gradually get broken down until they become part of the earth’s ground again.
