2S – Art Week Angel Wings

Our theme for Art week was “We have more in common than that which divides us.” To explore this, we looked at the work of Collette Miller who has created angel wings murals across the world. She especially likes to paint the murals in places of conflict, where two opposing sides can stand in front of the same wings. Her aim is that they can be reminded more of their similarities than their differences. We designed feathers and created our own set of wings for everyone to enjoy.
