2J Baking Bread

As part of our Great Fire of London History topic we learnt all about Thomas Farriner – Baker to the King! The fire started on Pudding Lane in Mr Farriner’s bakery. We therefore had a go at becoming baker’s ourselves and learnt how to bake bread! We had lots of fun and we especially enjoyed tasting our delicious bread at the end of the day. The classroom smelt lovely!
